Our menus cascade down a two or three-tier cake stand and cover a  delicious selection of homemade savory and sweet bites to satisfy all.

Start by selecting one of our two carefully crafted options: Countess Menu or Duchess Menu, then pick the type of tea, sweet treats, savory items, or any add-ons of your liking and we’ll take care of the rest, leaving you plenty of time to relax and enjoy your guests.

 

Countess Menu $40

Includes:

  • Bottomless pot of tea served with sugar or honey (Choose 2 per event)
  • Selection of tea sandwiches including British specialties and American classics (Choose 2 per event)
  • Homemade scones served with strawberry preserves OR  lemon curd. You can enjoy both for an extra $1 per person. You can enjoy both for an extra $1 per person.
  • An assortment of freshly baked mini cakes and pastries. ( Choose 2 per event)
  • Only with our Option A silverware, glass, china, 2-3 tier stand, serving bowls/platter, sugar bowl, tablecloth and runner.

Duchess Menu $45

includes:

  • Bottomless pot of tea served with sugar or honey (Choose 3 per event)
  • Selection of tea sandwiches including British specialties and American classics (Choose 3 per event)
  • Homemade scones served with lemon curd OR clotted cream and strawberry preserves. You can enjoy both for an extra $1 per person. 
  • An assortment of freshly baked mini cakes and pastries. (Choose 2 per event)
  • Petit Four OR Macaron depending on availability (1 per guest)
  • Mixed greens and cherry tomatoes with either agave-lemon or sesame dressing
  • Only with our Option A silverware, glass, china, 2-3 tier stand, serving bowls/platter, sugar bowl, tablecloth and runner.

We blend premium teas and herbs with only 100% real fruits, flowers and spices. Served with honey or sugar. Countess Menu: choose 2 per event. Duchess menu: choose 3 per event.

Tres leches
Velvety, creamy and delicate vanilla sponge soaked overnight in three different types of milk.

Victoria sponge
AKA Victoria sandwich combines vanilla cake, fresh strawberries, and strawberry Jam. Available in small (individual) and large (10-12 servings). The individual mini cake is baked in the most beautiful rosebud tin.

Signature Heritage bundt cake
Stunning and bursting with flavor these ring-shaped cakes are baked to order in tiramisu, chocolate, vanilla or lemon flavor. Available in small (individual) and large (10-12 servings).

Mini cupcakes
Sponge in almond, vanilla or dark chocolate brushed with almond liquor. Topped with smooth vanilla or dark chocolate buttercream.

Traditional shortbread biscuits
These classic and elegant cookies are deliciously buttery, crisp and crumbly. 

Petits Fours 
Scrumptious sheets of sponge cake covered in beautiful fondant. Flavors vary according to availability. (Included only with the Duchess menu or purchased as an add-on)

Macaron
Sweet and nutty meringue based confection. Flavors vary according to availability. (Included only with the Duchess menu or purchased as an add-on)

Your choice of homemade scones and savory treats

– Our freshly baked traditional scones are served with lemon curd OR clotted cream and strawberry jam.
– Mixed greens and mini-tomatoes served with a lemon-agave or sesame dressing (included only with the Duchess menu).
