We create beautiful tea party experiences for kids, adults, and corporate events.

We offer three lovely package options, depending on how much service and setup you’d like.

🫖 Option A – Full Tea Party Experience

Our most complete and stress-free package

Perfect if you want us to take care of everything.

What’s included:

✔ Your choice of menu (Adult or Kids)

✔Full tea gear rental includes:

• Teacups, saucers & teapots (fine china)

• Plates & silverware

• 2–3 tier stands & serving platters

• Sugar bowl, tablecloth & runner

✔ Food & tea gear delivery on event day

✔ Tea gear pickup (same day or next day)

✔ Set up arrival 1–2 hours before your event

Tea gear must be returned washed and properly packed.

Pricing (per guest)

• 20% service fee (delivery, pickup, & tea gear rental)

• Countess Menu: $40

• Duchess Menu: $45

• Kids Menu: $35

Optional Add-Ons:

✨ Table setup (based on guest count): $50–$500

👩‍🍳 Server: $40/hour per server

🌷 Flower centerpieces: $50 per arrangement

Cleaning Fees (if tea gear is returned unwashed):

• $50 (8–10 guests)

• $100 (11–20 guests)

• $150 (21–30 guests)

• $200 (31–40 guests)

• $300 (41–50 guests)

• $400 (51–75 guests)

🫖 Option B – Food Only

Great if you already have your own tea setup

What’s included:

✔ Your choice of menu (Adult or Kids)

✔ Food delivery to your event location

✔ Free pick-up available in Menlo Park

This option does not include tea preparation or food setup on stands.

Pricing (per guest):

• Countess Menu: $40

• Duchess Menu: $45

• Kids Menu: $35

🚚 Delivery fee: $10–$30 (based on location)

🌷 Optional flower centerpieces: $50 per arrangement

🫖 Option C – Tea Gear Only

Perfect if you’re providing your own food

What’s included:

✔ Tea gear rental:

• Teacups, saucers & teapots

• Plates & silverware

• 2–3-tier stands & sugar bowl

✔ Delivery or pick-up in Menlo Park

Pricing:

• Kids’ tea gear: $20 per person

• Adult tea gear: $25 per person

• Delivery fee applies

🌷 Optional flower centerpieces: $50 per arrangement

💳 Payment Details

We accept electronic payments via:

• Zelle: Lovely Tea Parties LLC (650-338-9251)

🔐 A 50% deposit is required at booking.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event.

Credit card payment is also available via the final invoice.
