Our menus cascade down a two or three-tiered cake stand and cover a delicious selection of home made savory and sweet bites to satisfy all.

Start by selecting one of our two carefully crafted options: Countess Menu or Duchess Menu, then pick the type of tea, sweet treats, savory items, any add-ons of your liking and we’ll take care of the rest, leaving you plenty of time to relax and enjoy your guests.

Duchess Menu $45

We work with two amazing companies: Numi Organic Tea based in Oakland, CA and Smith Teamaker based in Portland, OR. They blend premium teas and herbs with only 100% real fruits, flowers and spices.                              Countess Menu: choose 3 per event. Duchess menu: choose 4 per event. Tres leches
Velvety, creamy and delicate vanilla sponge soaked overnight in three different types of milk.

Victoria sponge
AKA Victoria sandwich combines vanilla cake, fresh strawberries, and strawberry Jam. All topped with a sprinkling of caster sugar. Available in small (individual) and large (10-12 servings). The individual is baked in the most beautiful rosebud tin.

Signature Heritage bundt cake
Stunning and bursting with flavor these ring-shaped cakes are baked to order in tiramisu, chocolate, vanilla or lemon flavor. Available in small (individual) and large (10-12 servings).

Gourmet mini cupcakes
Gourmet sponge in almond, vanilla or dark chocolate brushed with almond or coffee liquor. Topped with smooth vanilla or dark chocolate buttercream, decorated with fondant flowers. 

Traditional shortbread biscuits
These classic and elegant cookies are deliciously buttery, crisp and crumbly. 

Petits Fours  Scrumptious sheets of sponge cake, raspberry or apricot jam, and a delicate layer of marzipan, all covered in beautiful fondant. (Included only with the Duchess menu or purchased as an add-on)

Your choice of homemade scones and savory treats
